Unit 22.2 Treatment Haiku Video


Treatment: Haiku Video

Programme Title:
The concrete left, in the fire’s wake, a ball bounces

17 seconds on Vimeo (internet). This video can be viewed on the Internet any time and day. Other filmmakers can comment of my video.
 
Audience:
Ø  The audience who loves poems and Japanese langue
Ø English subjects in schools and universities
Ø Filmmakers on Vimeo to comment on each others work 
Résumé:
·      The first shot for 5 seconds, ‘The concrete left’ footage of concrete.
·      The second shot for 7 seconds, ‘In the fire’s wake’ footage of a match set lit to a flame.
·      The third shot for 5 seconds, ‘A ball bounces’ footage of a ball bounces on the concrete.

Suggested Elements:
·      To see a concrete from the left and a car wheel from the right, to have a fade to the next shot. A Text saying ‘The concrete left’.
·      A match that has been lit, seeing the flame, as it will fade to the next shot. A Text saying ‘In the Fire’s Wake’.
·      Finally seeing a ball bouncing on the concrete to link to first shot.



Filming one day on Saturday 24th September. Takes one day to film for hour and one day to edit, as it is a 17 seconds video. I chosen to film that day so on a weekend I can film someone older and knows how lit a match and bounce the ball for me, while I am filming.
